With the reluctance of the western investment companies to work in Iraq, concerns rise from the Asian investment domination over the oil resources (Aljazeera.net \ economy) and causing group displacement of western investment companies that are willing to remain and invest in Iraq. We at NIHR encourage diversity of investment to gain experiences and develop skills by the Iraqi labor working within these companies.
