Adolescent girls and women in order to develop their cognitive, skill and behavioral capacities and their tendencies in the field of leadership, and to give them a prominent role in their communities, NIHR engaged adolescent girls and women in Hawija district, which witnessed the control of armed groups on it, in a training workshop on leadership within the project (Adolescents and Young people Renounce Violent Extremism in Hawija and Daquq Districts.
